Good Morning,

A while back we had a customer that started sending us "delivery
delayed" messages, then a few days later they would be returned as
undeliverable. This stopped for several months and has started
happening all over again. This is the ONLY customer that is doing
this,
email to other customers work just fine?

Here is the message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
***@xxx.yyy.de on 10/4/2006 2:31 PM

Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified.
Please retry or contact your administrator.

<myemailserver.mydomain #4.4.7>

I am not on any spam lists, someone suggested a reverse dns lookup
issue but I checked dnsreport for mine and the receiving domain. The
only odd thing I noticed was that the receiving domain uses two email
relays.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I am an Exchange newbie!

Did you find a resolution to this?
I'm having (what seems to be) the same issue.
Just looking for any updates or progress you might have made towards
solving the issue.

Thanks-
Eli
