Accessing OWA with External Address Internally

I have a owa question that is driving me crazy. Some clients can access
their owa internally using the same address as the external one. Others do
not resolve (page can't be displayed). I realize that they can use an
internal address, however some folks are against change.

Any help would save a few hairs from turning gray.

The ones that can are probably using the same DNS internally that they user
externally. For the
ones the external name is not working, you could always add a static DNS
record for the external
name in the internal DNS server.
