We have one Exchnage 2000 server.

The domain gliddenwildblue.com sends email to us from 216.163.120.10 and
216.163.120.8 . We can receive email from 216.163.120.8 but not from
216.163.120.10 . The MX record for gliddenwildblue.com point to 216.163.120.8

We've turned off all the spam filtering we have, but still no luck. If they
telnet to port 25 of our server they have trouble connecting.

If we telnet to port 25 of their server at 216.163.120.8 we get connected.
If we telnet to port 25 of their server at 216.163.120.10 we cannot connect

We are not having problems receiving email from anywhere else.

Any ideas of what to try next are welcome.

According to this:
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=gliddenwildblue.com+
they don't have a MX record for the .10 IP.
