Company had to do an emergency move last week, while I was out of town. The
turned off all computers and moved to a new location. I set the system back
up today, Server running SB2K with Exchange. All computers can access
server/company files, but when opening outlook on PC's, we get a pop up
"Exchange Server Not Available" Obviously something is not running, but not
sure what to check. All services seem to be running that I know should be.
No changes were made, other than disconnecting and reconnecting servers,
router and pc's. Any suggestions on where to start? Any help is appreciated.

My troubleshooting would be:

Exchange Server services check
OWA from Server itself - can you get in
Event log - look for DC/GC errors especially
Any other domain controllers other than the SBS? Check them for errors too
DNS running correctly?

Often I find a simple restart cures most connectivity problems...
